Ingredients:
    12 oz  thinly sliced beef
    1 cup  thinlt sliced onions
    2 medium  green peppers
    1/3 cup  Szechuan Spicy Stir Fry Sauce
    2 cups  cooked white rice

Directions:
Prepare white rice.
Slice green pepper into 1.5' x 2' strips.
Slice beef into thin strips.
Heat 1.5 T wok oil iover high heat.
Stir fry beef and onions for 1 minute.
Add green peppers and sauce. Stir fry 2 minutes more.

Serve over hot cooked rice or noodles
