Dans un saladier, travaillez le vin, l&apos;huile et les oeufs cassés un par un.

Ajoutez la farine, le gruyère râpé, la farine, la levure, le sel et terminez par le jambon (en dés) et les olives coupées en 2.

Faites cuire dans un moule à cake beurré et fariné pendant 45 mn, à 190°C (thermostat 6/7).
