Sausage Casserole - Hanna

| 1 LB | sausage |
| 1/4 Cup | onion, (chopped) |
| 1/4 Cup | Green Pepper, (chopped) |
| 1/2 Cup | uncooked rice |
| 1/4 tsp | Poultry Seasoning |
| 1/4 tsp | salt |
| 1 Cup | chopped Celery |
| 1/2 Cup | chopped Pemento |
| 1 Can | Cream of Mushroom soup |
| 1 1/4 Cup | Milk |
Brown 1 Cup Bread Crumbs in 2 TBLSP butter
Brown Sausage.
Add onion, celery, green pepper
Cook mixture (till tender)
Stir in Remaining ingredients
Pour into 1 1/2 Qt Casserole Dish
Bake covered at 350 degrees for 50 min.
Add bread crumbs on top and then
Bake Uncovered for an additional 20 minutes
