1 (8.5-box) | Jiffy corn muffin mix, (or vegetarian equivalent) |
1 can | cream-style corn |
1 can | corn nibblets, drained |
1/2 cup | butter, melted |
2 | eggs, beaten |
1 cup | sour cream |
DIRECTIONS:
1. Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl. Grease an 8 to 10-inch pan with butter and pour in mixture. Bake at 350˚F for 55-60 minutes.
Serves 8.
