| - 10 tomate confites | |
| 1-2 gousses | ail hachées selon les goûts |
| 1/2 bouquet | basilic haché |
| huile d'olive | |

Préparation de la recette : Ricotta aux tomates confites à tartiner
Couper en tout petit dés le jambon et les tomates confites.
Mélanger la ricotta avec l'ail, le basilic et 1 cuillère à soupe d'huile d'olive.
Incorporer les tomates et le jambon, saler et poivrer.
A déguster bien frais sur des croûtons bien dorés...
