Soybean sprout and pork stir-fry

1 pack | soybean sprouts, washed in water and drained |
400 g | pork slices, cut into 1/4-1/2 inches fingers |
2 tbsp | vegetable oil |
1-2 tbsp | chili bean paste |
2 cloves | garlic, finely chopped |
1 tbsp | sake |
1 tbsp | soy sauce |
salt, to taste | |
Serve with | |
1/2 sheets | nori |
2 cups | rice |
Heat the oil in skillet, add garlic and chili bean paste, cook without burning. Add the meat, sauté over high heat. Put the meat aside. Add the bean sprouts to the skillet without washing it. Cook shortly. Pour the sake and soy sauce. Return the meat to the pan and mix well. Season with salt to taste.
Sprinkle some cut nori if desired. Eat with cooked rice.
