    1 pack  soybean sprouts, washed in water and drained
    400 g  pork slices, cut into 1/4-1/2 inches fingers
    2 tbsp  vegetable oil
    1-2 tbsp  chili bean paste
    2 cloves  garlic, finely chopped
    1 tbsp  sake
    1 tbsp  soy sauce
      salt, to taste
Serve with
    1/2 sheets  nori
    2 cups  rice

Heat the oil in skillet, add garlic and chili bean paste, cook without burning. Add the meat, sauté over high heat. Put the meat aside. Add the bean sprouts to the skillet without washing it. Cook shortly. Pour the sake and soy sauce. Return the meat to the pan and mix well. Season with salt to taste.
Sprinkle some cut nori if desired. Eat with cooked rice.
