Grilled Eggplant Parmesan

Tomato, slices | |
Parmesan cheese | |
Basil leaves, fresh |
Grill eggplant slices, tomato slices and each half of the rolls. When eggplant has been cooked, place Parmesan cheese on one side until melted. Add basil and top with the grilled tomato slice. Place in between the roll slices and serve.
