Cook time: 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high Ingredients:
    3 1/2 pounds  beef brisket
    5-6 cups  cut- up fresh vegetables, such as potatoes, carrots and onions (about 1 - inch pieces)
    1 package  McCormick slow cookers savory pot roast seasoning mix
    1 cup  water

Directions:
1- place brisket and vegetables in slow cooker
2- mix seasoning and water until blended.
3- cook 8 hours on low or 5 hours on high.. Remove brisket and vegetables to serving platter. Sir sauce before serving
