Peach Pie

Peach pie You will need. 2deep dish frozen pie crust may already come in pack of two.
    two bag  frozen peaches, sliced. May not need both full bag of peaches just eye ball it..
    1 1/2 cup  sugar
    1/2 cup  all-purpose flour
    1 teaspoon  cinnamon, 1/2 teaspoon to sprinkle on top of crust
    3 tablespoons  butter
2 tablespoons sugar to sprinkle on top of crust..
    1  egg white

1 thaw out frozen peaches
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.

Stir together flour, 1 cup sugar, and cinnamon and set aside.

Mix together peaches with the combined dry ingredients.

Turn into pastry-lined pie pan and dot with butter.

Cover with top crust, cut slits in it, seal the edges. You can also cross the crust if you like
6. Use egg 1 egg white and brush on crust
Sprinkle top with 2 tablespoons of sugar and Cinnamon

Cover the edges with foil to prevent over browning; remove foil for the last 15 minutes of baking.

Bake 35 to 45 minutes or until crust is brown and juice begins to bubble through the slits in the crust.
9.
Pie may be frozen for future use.
