Easy Fudge | |
3 cups (18oz) | semi-sweet chocolate chips |
1 14 oz Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk | |
Dash | salt |
½ - 1 cup | chopped nuts |
1 ½ tsp | vanilla extract |
In heavy saucepan, over low heat, melt chips with Eagle Brand milk and salt. Remove from heat; stir in vanilla and nuts. Spread evenly in an 8 or 9 “ square pan, which has been lined with waxed paper. Chill until firm. Turn fudge onto a cutting board, peel off paper and cut into squares. Store covered in the refrigerator.
