4 | eggs beaten |
2 cups | sugar |
1/2 cup | flour |
1/2 cup | cocoa |
1 cup | margarine |
1 cup | chopped pecans |
1 1/4 t | vanilla |
1/2 t | salt |
Beat eggs until lemon colored, add dry ingredients and mix until well blended. Add melted butter to first 4 ingredients. Pour into 8x12 pan. Place pan in a larger pan of water and bake at 325 for 1 hour or until set like custard. Serve warm with whipped cream add nuts if preferred.
