Source:

    240g  Kidney Beans
    1  onion
    2 cloves  garlic
    1  carrot
    200g  green beans
    1/4 cup  water
    1/2 tsp  Chilli Powder
    1/2 tsp  cumin
    1 tsp  paprika
    400g  tomatoes , or 6 roma tomatoes stewed
    4 tbl  yoghurt
    1/2 cup  basmati rice

Saute Onion and Garlic
Add carrot
Add spices and mix
Add tomatoes kidney beand and green beans
Bring to boil and then simmer for 45 minutes
Add salt to taste
Serve with rice and yoghurt
