Susie Q's buttercream icing

| my basic butter cream frosting is : | |
| 1/2 cup | soft butter |
| 1/2 cup | crisco,, (either reg. or butter flavor), |
| 1 tsp. | vanilla |
| pinch | salt |
Mix together well.
Add 4-5 cups of confectionary sugar slowly.
Have a about 1/4 cup of milk handy.
add milk alittle at a time to find the consistancy you want.
for piping you might want it a litte stiffer. for spreading a little looser. so just adjust your sugar and or milk. Have fun. We may be down next weekend. Will let you know.. Zach turns 21 on the 21st.
