| BEEF STROGANOFF 2 hamburger patties or Sliced Steak | |
| 1 | cooking Onion |
| 1/2 | Green Pepper |
| 1/2 | Red Pepper |
| 1 Can | Sliced Mushrooms |
| 1 Squirt of Ketchup | |
| 1 Tbsp. | Garlic |
4 BISTO PACKAGES (try 3)
Cook MEAT, ONION, G & R PEPPER, GARLIC, MUSHROOM, KETCHUP. Cook at least to cook meat & veg. Simmer and if enough liquid, remove some liquid and add BISTO PACKS to taste. Let simmer to reduce.
Again remove some liquid and add it to about 250ml (1/2 Container of SOUR CREAM. Heat thru until hot but do not boil (to prevent curdle).
Boil 2/3 of a pot of salted water adding about 1/2 Bag of EGG NOODLES (cook 9min.)
? EGG NOODLES DO NOT QUITE DOUBLE IN SIZE, SO IT LOOKS LIKE ALOT OF NOODLES. For 2 I used about half a bag without any left over. 1 serving of meat mixture left.
