<RecipeText>PREPARATION
Foncer un moule à tarte de la pâte sablée. Déposer dessus des haricots secs et cuire à blanc 15 minutes à 210°c.

Dans un récipient allant au micro onde (pichet microplus 1l pour moi) casser le chocolat en morceaux et ajouter la crème liquide et le lait. Faire fondre au micro onde 2 min 30 puissance 750 watts.
Mélanger bien à l&apos;aider d&apos;un fouet.
Ajouter le sucre et les oeufs et fouetter de nouveau.
Retirer les haricots du fond de tarte et verser le mélange chocolaté sur la tarte.
Cuire à 200)c, pendant 10 minutes.
Laisser bien refroidir avant de démouler.
Saupoudrer du sucre glace pour la déco avant de servir.
