    2 lbs  parsnips
    2 lg  onions
    3 med  potatoes
    1c  honey
    1/2 c  cream
Vegetable stock to cover
      Salt
      pepper

Boil all except honey and cream until tender.
Blitz, pass through fine sieve to clean pan. Take back to boil, add cream and honey. Ck consistency and seasoning.
