Culloden House Parsnip and Honey Soup

1/2 c | cream |
Vegetable stock to cover | |

Boil all except honey and cream until tender.
Blitz, pass through fine sieve to clean pan. Take back to boil, add cream and honey. Ck consistency and seasoning.
