1 lb | lean ground beef |
1/2 cup | beef broth |
2med | onions minced |
1/2 tsp | salt |
1tbsp | catsup |
1/4 tsp | worcester sauce |
1/4 | prepared mustard |
4-6 med | potatoes cooked and mashed, (use butter and milk) |
Heat oven to 425
Sauté onions in 2 tbsps butter, add ground beef, sauté until brown
Mix in broth and other flavorings - can add peas or diced carrots
Put into 8-9" buttered dish.
Cook for 35 mins or until top browned
