| heat oven to 200 grease baking dish boil macaroni n drain in a saucepan: | |
| 1 c. | butter |
| 2 tbsp | flour |
| 2 c. | milk |
| let it boil n thicken low heat add 1 1/2-2 c. cheese until melted | |
| 1 tsp | mustard powder |
| salt | |
| black pepper | |
| oregano | |
stir Mac into sauce
pour into baking dish
sprinkle 2 tbsp each cheese n bread crumbs on top
bake till golden brown n bubbling on top
let it stand 4 10 mins before serving
