| 1 lb | sultanas |
| 1 cup | water |
| 1/2 lb | butter |
| 1 cup | sugar |
| 3 | eggs |
| 2 1/2 cups | flour |
| 3 tbsp | custard powder |
| 1 heaped tsp | baking powder |
Lemon juice or orange juice or essence
Biol fruit with water for 5 min
Cream butter & sugar
Add eggs then juice then all dry ingredients then cooled sultanas.
Bake about 2 hours at about 250-270
