NJ Miso salmon

4 6oz salmon fillets | |
1/4 cup | brown sugar |
2 tbs | low sodium soy sauce |
2 tbs | hot water |
2 tbs | miso paste, (soybean paste) |
Preheat broiler.
Combine all four ingredients in a bowl and whisk.
Place salmon on a greased (cooking spray) shallow pan
Spoon mixture evenly over salmon. Baste twice
Broil for about 10 mins or until salmon is flaky
