Ribs - Garlic Vinegar Flavored

| 2 slabs of baby-back ribs Marinade: | |
| 1 head | garlic, minced |
| 1 c. | white vinegar |
| 1/3 c. | soy sauce |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
Directions:
- marinade the ribs overnight
- turn the grill on low and heat both sides
- increase the heat for the last 7 to 10 minutes
- ribs should be golden with grill marks
