Kale curry stew

1 cup | coconut milk, cilanto, bell pepper, rice |
Cook onion 3 min. Ad garlic and ginger 2 min. Add seasoning 1 min. Add potato chickpea broth kale salt and increase to medium high. Simmer and reduce to medium low until tender. Add coconut milk and 15 more min.
