Mushroom Black Pepper Sauce

1 can | cream of mushroom |
1 large | onion diced |
1 garlic chopped freely | |
3-4 cups | water, ( more if u want to reduce d saltiness) |
3 tablespoon | crushed black peppercorn |
4 tablespoon | black pepper sauce |
1 tablespoon | black pepper powder |
1 tablespoon | white pepper powder |
1 1/2 cubes | beef stock |
1/2 to 1 cup | brown Swiss mushroom, (button mushroom as alternatives) |
1 tablespoon | oyster sauce |
2 tablespoon | plain flour as thickener of sauce |
Heat il.
Sauté garlic and onions till fragrant.
Add beef stock, cream of mushroom and water.
Let it simmer for a while.
Add the rest of the ingredients.
Stir.
Simmer till slightly thickens.
*serve w BBQ meat, chicken chop...
