3 can | full fat coconut milk |
- refrigerated until cold Mixing bowl - refrigerated until cold | |
2 Tbsp | granulated sugar |
Vanilla extract |
Open cans with a can opener that removes the whole top of can.
Skin the cream from the top, being careful not to get any of the liquid from the bottom of the can.
Whip the coconut cream with the sugar until thick & stiff.
Add vanilla extract or other extract if desired.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
