Pulled Pork

3 Tbs. | brown sugar |
2 Tbs. | paprika |
1 1/2 Tbs. | garlic powder |
1 1/2 Tbs. | coarsely ground black pepper |
1 1/2 tsps. | salt |
1/2 cup | Dijon mustard |
barbecue sauce |
Brush roast with mustard. Mix together dry ingredients and sprinkle on roast. Place on lowest rack in oven at 250 degrees over night (8-11 hrs). I use kitchen shears to cut into small pieces. The meat will just fall apart. Stir the meat with the juices in the pan and add favorite barbecue sauce to taste. Serve with barbecue sauce on side. Easy!!
