Rice Krispie Ice Cream Dessert 2 ½ Rice Krispies | |
1 cup | coconut |
1cup | pecans |
1 stick | oleo, (butter) |
¾ cup | brown sugar |
½ gallon | ice cream |
Combine rice crispies, coconut, pecans and oleo and toast in oven at 300 for 30 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add brown sugar and stir. Pat ½ mixture into 9x13 pan. Put ice cream on top. Put rest of mixture on top of icecream. Store in the freezer.
