    1 T  olive oil
    2.5 Lbs  boneless pork loin cut into 1" cubes
    14.5 ounces  canned tomatoes with green chiles
    1/4 cup  chopped onion
    1/4  diced green bell pepper
    1 clove  garlic
    1 T  chili powder

In a big heavy skillet, heat the oil and brown the pork all over. Transfer the pork to the slow cooker. Stir in the tomatoes, onion, pepper, garlic and chili pwder. Cover and set to low and cook for 6-8 hours.

Serve with sour cream, monterey jack cheese; although it is darned good without it
