Apple Strudel

    8 pieces  phyllo dough
      margarine, imitation, spray
Filling:
    2 cups  apple -- peeled cored and, thinly sliced
    1/2 cup  sugar
    1/4 cup  raisins
    1/4 teaspoon  cinnamon
    1 teaspoon  lemon rind, grated

Spray with butter spray or brush layers of phkyllo dough with melted butter\ Alternate until 8 layers or complete.

Mix filling ingredients. Place apple mixture at one end and roll.

Bake now in 350 oven for 30 minutes or until golden brown
Or freeze to be thawed and baked later.
