<RecipeText>1 1/2 sk garam
5 sb cuka atau jus limau kasturi

SAMBAL SOS :-
1 botol sos cili
1/2 botol sos tomato
4 ulas bawang putih - tumbuk
3 sb kicap manis
1 cawan air
sedikit garam dan gula secukup rasa

BAHAN KULIT (rcp ke2 sukatan cawan) :-
4 cawan tepung gandum, 1/4 cawan majerin*, 1/4 cawan minyak*, 1/4 sk garam*, 1/2 cawan air* (bahan* dimasak bersama), 1/2 cawan air suam - utk menguli secukupnya, ...(cara menguli doh sama seperti di atas)

Cara-cara
Campur semua bahan2 sambal dan masak hingga mendidih,tambah air jika ingnkan sambal yang cair.Ketepikan.Lakukan yang sama jika ingin menggunakan sambal sos.

Untuk inti...panaskan minyak, tumis bahan kisar,bawang besar hingga wangi dan masukkan sayur2,perasakan dgn garam,masukkan kucai.Sejukkan, toskan jika inti berair.

Untuk doh...Tepung digaul dengan campuran minyak panas dan kacau hingga rata.Tuang secukup tanbahan air suam dan uli hingga sebati dan lembut.Perap 1 jam.

Bulat2kan doh hingga habis dan canai tipis lalu isi inti, lipat dan kelim kemas2.

Goreng epok-epok dalam minyak banyak hingga kekuningan dengan api yang sederhana panas.
Hidangkan epok-epok sayur dengan sambal cuka/kasturi atau sambal sos.
