<RecipeText>Beides ca. 2 Minuten bei 50° erwärmen und schmelzen (nicht heißer!)
Dann 1/2 kg (2 Becher) Magertopfen mit Handmixer untermischen.
Dosenpfirsiche pürieren (den Saft abgießen) Die Creme in Stielgäser portionieren und auf die Creme die pürierten Pfirsiche gießen, ca. 1 cm hoch.
Sieht sehr hübsch aus und schmeckt sehr lecker. Außerdem ist dieses Dessert in weniger als 10 Minuten fertig.
