Teriyaki tempeh and broccoli

2 tbs | cilantro |
.5 tbs | ginger |
sesame oil | |
rice wine | |
1.5 cloves | garlic |
1 tbs | water |
1 pkg | tempeh cut into 1/4 in strips |
2 tbs | soy |
1/4 cup | nutritional yeast |
Broccoli | |
4 | garlic cloves |
Combine sauce. Brown tempeh over medium low. When brown add teriyaki and sprinkle w yeast and simmer for ten min. Sautee broccoli in a seperte skillet. Add garlic, then add tempeh. Serve with rice. 2 servings
