| 14 | blancs oeufs |
| 400 g | sucre |
| 500 g | beurre pommade |
Mélanger jaunes ( bien frais) et chocolat fondu au bain marie et puis après ajouter beurre pommade. Ensuite ajouter les blancs en neige monter avec les 400 g de sucre.
