Mini popiah with cheese and cornbeef filling Ingredients | |
1 can | corn beef, ( use a fork loosen it and add a little pepper mix well) |
3/4 nos green chilies shredded | |
200 gm | shredded cheddar cheese |
1 packet | popiah skin |
1 no egg for glue | |
Oil for deep frying |
Method
1. Lay the popiah skin add cornbeef,cheese and green chillies,roll and use the eggs as a glue
2. Repeat procedure till finished
3. Heat oil and fry the popiah until golden brown
4. Serve with chilli sauce,
