| 2 tbsp | melted shortning |
| 2/3 cup | milk |
| 1 cup | flour |
| 1 tbsp | sugar |
| 3 tsp | baking powder |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
Whisk eggs untill fluffy. Beat in other ingredients until smooth. Cook pancakes on griddel until golden brown or dry around the edges. Turn over and repeat.
