1/4 cup | minced onion |
2 cloves | garlic |
2 tsp | cumin |
1/2 tsp | coriander |
salt | |
turmeric | |
cayenne | |
chili powder | |
1/2 cup | parsley |
1/4 tsp | baking soda |
1 flax egg | |
1 tbs | flour |
Blend everything except onion, egg, flour. Mix in onion, then flour and egg. Shape into 4 patties and let sit for 15 min. Fry on medium 3 min per side and bake 10 min at 400
