1 15 oz can whole kernel corn, drained 1 15 oz can black beans, rinsed/drained 1 10 oz can Rotel 1 8 oz sour cream 2 cups cooked rice 1 8 oz jar picante sauce 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/4 tsp pepper Combine above ingredients and pour into lightly greased 13 by 9 baking dish. 1 small can | sliced ripe olives |
1 8 oz pkg | Monterey jack cheese, shredded |
Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees
