<RecipeText>Schritt 1
Für die Pflanzerl die Gemüsebrühe zum Kochen bringen, Grünkernschrot gründlich unterrühren. Deckel auflegen, Hitze klein stellen, den Schrot etwa 20 Minuten garen. Auf der abgeschalteten Kochstelle abkühlen und dabei weiter quellen lassen.
Schritt 2
In der Zeit Zwiebel und Knoblauch schälen und sehr fein hacken (die Pflanzerl schmecken umso besser, je kleiner gehackt die Zwiebeln sind). Petersilie abbrausen, trockenschütteln und auch ganz fein schneiden.
Schritt 3
Zwiebel, Knoblauch und Petersilie mit den Eiern zum Grünkern geben, salzen, pfeffern und gut durchkneten. Zu 8 Pflänzchen formen.
Schritt 4
Fürs Gemüse die Möhren schälen und längs vierteln, bei Bedarf quer halbieren. Butter im Topf zerlassen, Zucker einrühren und schmelzen lassen. Möhren einrühren, bis sie vom Fett überzogen sind. Brühe dazugießen, Deckel auflegen und die Möhren in 5-6 Minuten bissfest garen.
Schritt 5
Gleichzeitig in einer Pfanne Öl erhitzen. Pflanzerl einlegen und bei mittlerer Hitze ungefähr 8 Minuten braten, dabei einmal wenden. Senf unter die Möhren mischen, Möhren mit Salz, Pfeffer und dem Zitronensaft abschmecken. Zu den Pflanzerln essen.
