| 1/2 cup | sugar |
| 1/2 cup | shortening, (applesauce can be used as replacement) |
| 1 cup | milk |
| 1 TBSP | vinegar |
| 1 tsp | baking powder |
| 1 tsp | baking soda |
| 1 cup | flower |
| 1 cup | cornmeal |
Directions:
- Mix all ingredients into a bowl and mix until smooth
- Poor mixture into 9x9 size pan
- Bake uncovered for 30-35 minutes
