No Bake Fudge Cookie's

| 1 stick or 1/2 cup | butter |
| Pinch | salt |
| 2 cup | sugar |
| 2 tsp | vanilla |
| 1/2 cup | milk |
| 2/3 cup | peanut butter |
| 1/3 cup | cocoa |
| 3 cups | quick cooking oats |
Melt butter in sauce pan over low heat, add Sugar, milk, cocoa & salt
Mix well bring to a boil. Remove from heat add vanilla, peanut butter & oats. Drop spoonfuls onto wax paper. Let stand until firm. ( You can melt semi chocolate pieces and dip or pour over the cookie jut over the top.
