2 lbs | Ground beef. Cook and Drain |
Add chopped onion and green pepper, add chili powder ( go around the outside of the pan 6 times and then the middle 2 times)
Add red pepper flakes ( shake twice ) add 2 large cans of tomato sauce And 1 can of diced tomatoes, simmer 1 hour.
Add chili beans w/ hot sauce and salt cook 2 1/2 - 3 hours
After cooked you can add cooked elbow noddles , cheddar cheese and sour cream
