Licor 43 Cupcake

1/4 cup | soft butter |
2/3 cup | fine sugar |
1 large | egg |
1 1/3 cup | all purpose flour |
5 grams | baking powder, (approx. 1 tablespoon) |
pinch | salt |
100 ml | milk |
4 tsp | Licor 43 |
Preheat the oven to 170 degrees. Mix the butter, the sugar and the egg at room temperature in a mixing bowl until smooth. Sieve the flour with baking powder and then add to butter mixture. Add a pinch of salt and continue to mix. Mix the milk with the Licor 43. Add this mixture slowly and whisk this for 5 minutes until it is light and fluffy. Fill the cake baking tins two thirds and place them for 15 minutes in the middle of the preheated oven. Let the cupcakes cool further now. Frosting: | |

2 tablespoons | Licor 43 |
Golden and Red edible glitters for decoration
Mix the butter and the powdered sugar, Mix the milk with the Licor 43. Add the liquid carefully in a thin stream to the butter mixture. Mix until light and fluffy. Frosting should form peaks.
