Egg in a Hole

| 4 slices | bread |
| 3 tbs | butter |
| 4 | eggs |
| salt | |
| pepper | |
Instructions:
Cut a hole in the middle of each hole with the rim of a glass. Melt 2 tbs of butter in a skillet. Add bread and holes and cook uncovered until the bottom is toasted. Flip bread over and add the rest of the butter. Carefully break an egg into each hole. Season with salt and pepper. Carefully flip when bottom of egg is cooked.
