Quiche - Ham and Green Chile

| Butter, to grease pie plate | |
| 4 oz | ham, diced |
| 1 can | green chiles, chopped |
| 1 cup | cheddar cheese, grated |
| 4 | eggs |
| 1 cup | cream |
| 1/2 tsp | salt |
| 1/4 tsp | pepper |
| 1/4 tsp | dry mustard |
| Parsley |
Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread pie crust in 8 inch well buttered pie plate. Bake pie shell for 25 minutes.
Beat eggs, cream and seasonings. Pour into pie crust. Sprinkle ham, cheese and green chiles over egg mixture. Bake 30 minutes (or until well set) at 350 degrees.
