Pear with Jasmine Mandarin Tea

1000 gr | pears, diced |
900 gr | sugar |
1 | lemon |
200 gr | green apple jelly |
25 gr | tea |
200 gr | water |
Combine pears, sugar and lemon juice.Place in bowl and cover with parchment and refrigerate overnight. Bring to boil, skim and add apple jelly return to boil, cook for 5-10 minutes. Meanwhile, boil water and make an infusion with the tea for three minutes. Add tea to jam and return to boil. Check the set and jar when ready.
