100 Gr | Cake Flour |
Cream butter, sugar, salt and zest. Add yolks. Add flour. Mix just to combine. Pipe rounds the size of a quarter. Bake at 350 until edges begin to brown. Sandwich two cookies together with raspberry jam. Dip in pate a glacer.
