Double Chocolate Macadamia Cookies

| 1/2 teaspoon | salt |
| 10 ounces | 66%, melted |
| 115 gr | butter, melted |
| 4 | eggs |
| 200 gr | sugar |
| 1 1/2 Tablespoons | coffee powder |
| 2 teaspoons | vanilla extract |
| 175 gr | white chocolate, chopped |
| 175 gr | macadamia nuts, chopped |
Eggs, sugar, coffee powder, vanilla in mixer. Add melted chocolate and butter. Slowly add dries. Fold in chips and nuts.
