| 2 | chicken breasts |
| 1C. | Salsa |
| 2C. | Water |
| 2C. | Uncoiled instant rice |
| 1C. | Canned rinsed and drained black beans |
| 1C. | Shredded Mexican cheese |
| Sour cream |
-rub chicken with half taco seasoning
-combine other half taco seasoning salsa and water in skillet. Add chicken
-boil, cover, reduce and simmer 10 min.
-remove chicken and dice
-stir in rice, beans, cheese
-cover cook on low 5 min
- top with chicken
