Scrambled Tofu

16 ounces | firm tofu, de-moistened and crumbled |
4 teaspoons | nutritional yeast |
1 teaspoon | onion powder |
1 teaspoon | garlic powder |
1/4 teaspoon | tumeric |
Sea salt | |
Pepper to taste |
Spray skillet with nonstick spray and place over medium heat. Add crumbled tofu, yeast and seasoning. Mix well. Cook 3-5 minutes unti desired doneness.
