1 lb. | flank steak |
4 Tbs. | soy sauce |
4 Tbs. | minced green onion |
1/4 tsp. | cayenne pepper |
1 Tbs. | toasted sesame seeds |
1 Tbs. | oil |
2 Tbs. | sugar |
4 cloves | garlic, minced |
1/4 | ground ginger |
1 tsp. | sesame seeds |
1 Tbs. | sherry |
1/2 tsp. | hot sesame oil, (if you can't find hot I just add a little more cayenne pepper) |
Slice steak on angle to make thin flat slices. Sprinkle both sides with sugar to tenderize. Mix marinade and add to meat for no longer than 30 minutes. ( meat will get tough). Grill and serve.
