Adam's Beer Batter Deep Fried Dill Pickles

48 oz | Crisco Pure Vegetable oil |
2/3 cup | Molson Canadian beer |
1 cup | McCormick Beer Batter Seafood Mix, 1/2 cup dry mix to pre-coat vegetables before coating with batter |
1 tbl | Lawry's Seasoned Salt |
3 whole | Claussen Dill Pickles, 1/4 in slices (about 30 pcs) |
8 | button mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Heat oil in a deep-fryer or 11 in stir fry pan to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C).
2. Whisk together the beer, beer batter mix and seasoned salt in a large bowl.
3. Add the 1/2 cup of dry mix to a smaller bowl then dip the pickle slices and mushrooms
into the 1/2 cup of dry beer batter
4. Then dunk them in the 1 cup of beer batter mix to coat them completely.
5. Fry the pickles in the preheated oil until golden and crisp, about 5 minutes.
